For small churches

Don't let a first-time guest become a one-time guest.

At most small churches, a visitor fills out a paper card and someone calls or texts from their own phone, when they find time. Foster Harvest keeps your card and adds a QR code beside it. Every guest gets a thank-you text and email from you within minutes.

If you can text, you can use this. We set it up with you, with no setup fee.

Text from your church's number
Hi Sarah, this is Pastor James. Thank you so much for worshiping with us today! Is there anything we can pray about for you this week?
Thank you! My mom's having surgery Thursday.
We'll be praying for her by name. I'll check in with you Thursday evening. 🙏

How follow-up usually works today

A visitor fills out a paper connection card. Someone on staff calls or texts them from their own phone. It comes from the heart, but it's easy for good intentions to slip.

Cards get lostIn a basket, a pocket, or a desk drawer.
Follow-up is slow or missedA call happens when someone finds time. Sometimes that's Tuesday. Sometimes it's never.

Guests check in

Keep your paper card. A QR code beside it opens a short digital connection card on their phone. Paper cards can be typed in from a phone too.

Follow-up runs itself

Within minutes they get a thank-you text and email from the pastor. Then a prayer check-in, a Saturday reminder, and a coffee invite over three weeks.

You have the conversation

When someone replies, the automatic messages stop and you or your team answer from one inbox on your phone.

Texts and phone calls use prepaid credits from your church's wallet at posted per-message rates. You choose the reload amount. Texting starts after a one-time carrier registration for your church, which usually takes 1–3 weeks. Email works right away.

Founding Church price: the first 5 churches lock in $97/month for as long as they stay. Setup is free for every church; there is no setup fee.

Questions pastors ask

We're not a tech-savvy church. Can we really use this?

If you can text, you can use this. We set it up with you on a call, the messages are already written, and day to day you mostly reply to texts on your phone.

Do we have to stop using paper cards?

No. Keep them. Add a QR code next to the card for people who'd rather use their phone, and type paper cards in from your phone in about a minute.

Is there a setup fee?

No. Setup is free for every church. We set it up with you on one call.

We already use Planning Center (or another church system).

Keep it for membership and giving. Foster Harvest handles guest follow-up, prayer requests, and event messages.

Will people feel spammed?

People only get texts after they check the box to opt in. They can reply STOP at any time, and when they reply, a real person answers.

How long until we can send texts?

Phone carriers require every church to register before sending texts. It usually takes 1–3 weeks, and we walk you through it. You'll need your church's legal name and EIN. Email follow-up can start the first day.

What do texts cost?

Texts and calls come out of a prepaid wallet at a few cents or less per message. You set the reload amount, so there are no surprise bills.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly and cancel anytime, or pay yearly and get two months free.
